‣ Payment via Venmo, Paypal, or Stripe in USD only. Methods are subject to change (ask).‣ Commissions take 2-6+ weeks: extra changes + personal delays + commissions ahead of yours may result in a LONGER turnover for WIP updates and final deliveries.‣ Prices may vary depending on character & background detail.‣ Commission time CANNOT be accelerated. I can refuse any commission.‣ NSFW/18+ Content OK (ONLY FOR CUSTOMERS OF LEGAL AGE) and by ordering such content, you agree that you are of legal age to do so.‣ Absolutely NO offensive, sexist, racist, homophobic, or political propoganda, etc. Artwork can be made of popular characters, but no original characters that do not belong to you (unless permitted by artist with proof). Any commission bordering these topics will be refused.‣ Customers always pay first, especially upon their first commission.
Full price, up front (preferred) OR 50% down, 50% upon completion (delivery after full payment).‣ Files are DIGITAL ONLY and may be printed for personal, non-profit use or used digitally for profile pictures, social media banners, etc.‣ Artwork may not be resold, copied/traced, altered/edited, profited from WITHOUT permission, used as an NFT, or used in any AI training.‣ All original artwork is still owned/copyrighted to CINNA. I am allowed to use commissions for portfolio pieces (public) unless directly stated by you.‣ If artwork is agreed to be profited from, an extra charge may be included for merchandising that may vary from 15-30%+ of original price OR a percentage of final sales.‣ NO REFUND POLICY: If I have already started on the artwork, no refunds will be available. By purchasing a commission, you agree to all these terms.
